Not happy with the service or the treatment when calling in to get refills. An appointment is needed every 2 weeks if I let them run rampant over my insurance company. This is a billing mill.
Awful place…only been with them for a couple months and they made a child services report against me because supposidly my childs not taking her medication when she is. Im low income with ohp everytime i go in i feel treated like low society. Soon as i can i will be switching back to her old doctor
Dr. Bradshaw, Dr. Zallen, and the other providers are wonderful and we have found the staff helpful. They are committed to their patients and parental support. I don’t understand the negative reviews here, these folks are the bomb!
The staff is amazing, they truly care for your kids and love their work. Only reason they don’t have 5 stars is because my kids have had to have new doctors there. But the quality of care is always top notch
I love this office, they are friendly and competent. They prioritize well and I feel comfortable with their choices. My negative would be revolving dr’s here, BUT we have ended up with the best dr ever so there’s that🙌 …
The wait time is minimal. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I have had very good experiences with all the doctors (Have seen 3 different doctors for 2 kids).
WOW. Here’s some quotes from our appointment this morning made BY THE DOCTOR “You can shop around for another doctor that will sign this” “I could of been helping sick children or my other patients” “You haven’t given me good enough reason” …
We have loved this office and their doctors but the turn over is just too high. Our 3rd Dr just left and our oldest is only 5. We value having a pediatrician that will know our children long term and we don’t feel that we will get that here.
I would give this place zero stars. Cranky receptionists on phone who have no idea what they are doing & treat you poorly, long wait times 45min – 1hr, you will wait days for them to even send your medications through. Eugene peds get your act together.
Doctor was nice, but their scheduling department was worse than useless. They let us schedule a test that they couldn’t perform. So we went in for the doctor to tell us “Your insurance won’t cover that, so bye” in essence.
Everyone at Eugene Pediatrics is great to work with. I would recommend them to any parent. They have always been there for my family when we’ve had real health issues and they always provide the info we need to keep our kid healthy.
It’s January 2018 and I just received a bill for a service we had in April 2017…nearly 10 months have passed. I no longer take my kids to this practice for many reason. This just reconfirms that I made the correct decision. Terrible …
My child went here from 12 to 19! Love the doctors and the care and attention! Always willing to have your child seen when they are sick. My child had difficult conditions to diagnose and they were right there with me supporting me as a parent.
My kids have been at this place for over 10 years an I got tiered of the secretary’s an the appointment schedulers. Constantly making me an my kids wait for appointments my kids didn’t get a flew shot at all last year cuz of them running …
Not saying this place is the worst, but overall I feel like the care is just ‘ok’. We never feel like we get amazing treatment, or terrible treatment. We recently had a bad experience with shots and the nurse not being very nice/personable …
In the past We have not had a pediatrician that made appts. enjoyable for the kids yet allowed parents to feel heard and concerns addressed as a team, until I moved our boys to Eugene Peds and they began seeing Ross Newman. We love him and his approach. So grateful for our wonderful pediatrician.
I have taken my sons girlfriend to this office a couple times now and honestly do not appreciate the attitude she is given by the ladies at the counter. I am an office manager for a large firm and every one of my staff greets any and every …
This practice used to be amazing, however it’s a joke now. My children never see their doctor and most of the assistants are just rude and snobby. Be prepared to spend hours in this place especially if you have OHP. You can tell the difference in how they treat patients with private healthcare insurance and state insurance.
Awful. They misread my daughters weight and without second guessing their obviously faulty equipment, admitted us to the hospital. I was terrified. Turns out their machines weren’t working and instead of reweighing, they sent me to …
Dr. Bradshaw was exactly what we were looking for, an informed, passionate, reasonable professional. She was great for the first year, especially when things were difficult. As it became harder to get in to see her (she was becoming …
Always so helpful. They are wonderful to my children and always willing to take the time and listen to my concerns. Super clean and inviting waiting area and rooms. All the staff is always so nice. My #1 choice for pediatrics for my kids!
This office has gone WAY down hill since Dr Velarde left. Our appointment was at 4:15 today and we were not seen until 5:00. The doctor spent maybe 5 minutes with my daughter, did a throat culture and after 10 minutes told us the culture …
I am so upset and there is no way to contact them through email. I’m hoping you will read this because I feel you need to know. My children have been patients here for about a year or so. They just moved us to a new pediatrician. Typically …
I don’t understand the low reviews of this place. Maybe different doctors here are horrible, I don’t know. If Dr. Benz is caring for your kids, the children, and the sometimes anxious parent, are always in good hands. The staff has always …
I tried calling on a Monday right when they opened I was on hold only to be told there were no appointments until Friday. If your child is sick and needs to be seen this is not a good practice. I can never see the doctor we like. Overall very poor practice.
My husband came here growing up and now our kids are here. Everyone is VERY friendly and appointments are so easy to make! Plus when I have a question on if I should bring my kids in to see a doctor the nurses are very easy to talk to over the phone!
Dr. Braun is AMAZING! So are all the other doctors. She is very thorough and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. Recently my daughter suffered a skull fracture and Dr. Braun was quick to get us answers and a diagnosis. She …

I have been coming to this clinic since my oldest (now 6) was 6m old. We have been through now 3 doctors and I have loved every single one! We are currently with Dr. Braun and she is amazing!!! I feel she is do attentive to us and gives me …
I have not been overly impressed with this clinic. Dr. Dorsa is phenomenal, and a truly caring doctor. However, I have not been able to get over his unprofessional medical assistant, Becky. First of all, I thought it was well known in …
My daughters are 6 and 4, already on our 3rd doctor at Eugene Pediatrics. Right now dealing with a sickness that has been going for 4 days. In the past they told us to wait 3 days to see if the fever breaks before bringing our child in, …
These aren’t doctors, they are superheros. They saved my daughters life in her first week. They worked as a team to find creative ways to approach healing her. I find it awesome that her pediatrician also handled her care while in the …
I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I’m not a doctor, but I am a mother and know when my children aren’t well and it’s beyond a normal cold or illness. At exactly nine months pregnant with my second child, my first child …
Dr. Bradshaw and her staff are extraordinary! From the first time I bring my little one to this clinic everything has exceeded my expectations. The most appropriate techniques are used, I feel like my family is well taken care of whenever …
This is the best office I’ve ever been in. All the nurses and doctors are wonderful! Anytime my children are sick they always make time to get us in that day. They are always so welcoming and make you feel at home, not like we are just …
Terrible experience and we haven’t even been able to get in and see a pediatrician yet. Called at the end of June to transfer my son’s care since we moved here from out of state, was told I would be sent paperwork to sign via email and I …

Don’t expect them to take you seriously.
Great docs and team who are real people who love helping your family 24/7
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Amazing group of doctors & staff who provide excellent care for their patients….
They don’t answer their telephone ☎️
Love how nice the staff is and how the doctors make sure your little one is comfortable and make sure all your answers are met.
Incredibly dedicated group of providers, lead by the incomparable Dr. Pilar Bradshaw. We consider it an honor to work with them.
They joke about child abuse on tiktok
Not happy with the service or the treatment when calling in to get refills. An appointment is needed every 2 weeks if I let them run rampant over my insurance company. This is a billing mill.
Will not see , or give medical advice for CHILDREN unless your their patient. Even in urgent situations
The best pediatrician in the country and her practice are tops. Our kids are in great hands.
