Terrible. The service is overpriced. The speed is never stable. And customer service is never available when it is needed. Whenever there is a problem with my service i contact them and its never a problem on their end but only on ours. Especially when the equipment i have is brand new!
I have had them for about 2 months now. I have not ever had a speed issue with them and have never been dropped. As long as you have a clear line of site to their towers you should never have an issue.
They came and installed on time and very quickly. The service works just as described. We use this service as our back-up internet, and it’s very reliable as such.
Terrible ping spikes and throttling during evening hours and it has dropped out dozens of times during the time we’ve had them. On top of that their rates are ridiculously high. I wouldn’t recommend this ISP unless your only other option is satellite.

Excellent service thus far; connection has been solid with consistent speeds. We pay for 9mb down/1mb up, and average speedtests have been almost exactly 9.0mb down, and 1.2mb up. Installation went very smooth as well. Very satisfied after switching from crappy TDS DSL service.
They really worked hard to get internet to us out in the country where there is very little choice in providers. e-vergent actually offers speeds that will let you stream and surf together, customer service for problems is pretty easy to get to with fairly fast response.

I have been a customer since 2005. Their customer service has always been second to none and I have rarely needed customer service. Their monthly charge has remained very reasonable and the service 100% reliable. I have never regretted the decision to use Evergent Wireless and as long as they are available I will not look elsewhere.

I have been a customer since 2005. Their customer service has always been second to none and I have rarely needed customer service. Their monthly charge has remained very reasonable and the service 100% reliable. I have never regretted the decision to use Evergent Wireless and as long as they are available I will not look elsewhere.
