  6. Excelsior EMC works hard to make sure that the lights are on for all of their consumers! Staff is always friendly and helpful when I’m in the office. I can add that the rates are considerably lower than Ga Power as I have had both services.

  9. Very disappointed. Essentially had a power outage, outage report stated it had been restored but my unit and the corridor lights in my area were still without power.
