There used to be:. Reminders, but no more; CS was ok, but no more; i get mixed information from Reps; prices have now more than doubled with no assistance in sight. I used to love the service, but no more.
Customer service is awful. I’ve been trying to get my reimbursement for MONTHS. Instead they throw me around on the phone person to person and then request the same information I have sent time and time again.
This is worst company I have ever had to deal with…my employer has used this company for the 10 years now for our prescriptions….I could not tell you how many times I have had issues with them…I wish my employer would not use them anymore …they are a total joke of a company.
There no uniformaty at all,no one communicates whith another physical person,how can you do business if you cant reach out to a department you work in technology won the battle over personal interaction not working.

Very happy with getting a 90 day supply of meds along with automated reminders for refills and office visits! Auto pay for renewals is great too.
