Horrible experience. All the staff was in a rush and treated the patients with no sense of respect or care. All they care about is making money off of you. Would give zero stars if I could and I would recommend you find somewhere else to go, I know I will.

They have messed my contacts up more times than they have gotten them right. Went for my yearly appointment and told them I wanted the same contacts I had as they FINALLY had worked. Came in to pick up new ones expecting to have the same kind and they decided to switch without telling me. This is ridiculous.

Dr was dismissive and condescending when I asked the diagnosis and course of treatment recommended. I still don’t know the diagnosis or why the course of treatment isn’t working. He assured me my swollen burning red eyelid is nothing to be concerned about. Somehow that’s not terribly helpful.
As you can tell most of the reviews here have been left by unsatisfied patients of the practice, as people feel the need to bash on social media about an experience they felt was not handled how it should have been. I have been under Dr Fileta & Dr Walker’s care, both of which are absolutely wonderful doctors.
Dr Fileta is AMAZING! Not only is he an excellent eye doctor and surgeon, but he truly cares about his patients. He thoroughly does his exam and explains everything in detail, patiently answering any concerns you may have. I highly recommend him!

Never have I ever got charged by a provider without even being seen. Staff are rude and unprofessional, did not explained cancellation policy when appointment was made. No reminder call or email then I forgot the appointment which later received a bill. Will seek legal advise or even compliant to the board about this policy.
