They don’t tell u the addition fees when u make an appt. 75 for a contact fitting and I’m not even ordering thru them! What a joke. I will never go there again. WHAT A JOKE. They also discriminate against Caresource patients.

I’d give zero if I could. Awful Customer Service. Had the first appointment of the day, got there early, waited over 2.5 hours. Needed a follow up appointment and they couldn’t schedule me for over two months. Now I have to drive to Chardon just to see a doctor within the next two weeks. Take your eye care needs literally anywhere else.

Spent my life trying to figure out what’s wrong with my vision. Dr. Schultz got me straightened out, and would not give up until I could see well. Staff is always kind and courteous. I drive 45 minutes each way to go there. It’s worth it.
