I called the office just to get some preliminary information and the receptionist could care LESS about what I was saying. Her concern was my insurance.
Every member of the staff was a true professional. From the 2 technicians, the receptionist and Dr Nissel. A great experience! I can highly recommend them.
I have had a great experience and great recovery. Dr Raviv made sure I was calm through out the whole process.. My vision is now perfect and Iām so happy I did this!

One of the best offices I have been to for eye care. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Doctors are amazing and very patient with you. Answer all your questions. They take their time with you.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff called me the day of the eye exam to say they were out if my insurance network. Oops sorry. How unprofessional
