Busy is one thing but not answering the phone calls is inexcusable . I have called morning and afternoons and “always” get the voice mail prompt to leave my dob, phone #. The phone calls are returned when it is convenient for the Eye Center not for their clients.

Surgeon was great, procedure went very well. IV appears to have improperly inserted leaving a large bruise over a weak later. I also failed to go under when the anesthesia was purportedly delivered. My pain was manageable, from the eye drops, but still there. Overall the anesthesia was inadequate, while the surgery was excellent.
Great eye clinic! I have seen Dr. Chaney for approximately 10 years, and she very knowledgeable and friendly. Minimal wait times, I never wait more than 5 minites for anything. I was so impressed with her assistant Sheila today; she was efficient and enjoyable to talk too. I definitely recommend the Eye Center of Northern Colorado.
Dr. Arnold and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend anybody with normal eye issues to serious eye issues see him for the best care in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. He is the best in the whole are. Thank you very much for helping my daughter with her eye issues!
