Made a appointment told me they took my insurance. When I arrived to my appointment they told me they don’t take my insurance asked why they didn’t call me to let me know they didn’t have a answer why.
Very poor billing department. Went in to get glasses they couldn’t get insurance to go through was told not to worry. We never got a bill or anything from insurance .now my bill has went to collection . i would have paid it if i had received a bill. We will never go back to them . also my glasses have never fit right .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Browne was wonderful. She took the time to explain things to me. She had a lot of compassion, and seemed to truly care about her patients. I would definitely recommend her. She was the best eye doctor I have ever had.
Dr Browne is great. However, customer service and billing is an issue. Was told they took my insurance and I paid my copay at time of service. 4 weeks later, I received a bill for 100 dollars and was told my insurance is out of network. Unless you are paying totally out of pocket anyway, I would go elsewhere.
