Dont waste your time this agency doesn’t care about its clients.
Good people, but like everywhere else, this place is understaffed, they’ll help you, you just have to call them repeatedly until they answer calls and get the ball rolling.
They have the right people to get you back on track for your mental health. Good alternative in inpatient hospital. They provide services based on your income.
Don’t waste your time, took months to get an IHH Worker and then after months of having a near Useless two sided Worker I asked to be switched and turns out 2 weeks later I was but no one has contacted me. Waste of time, useless workers with no care.
