I had a very positive experience including check-in, time with Dr Kv’s assistant, the actual consult with Dr Kavanagh and the check-out process. It was all quick, efficient and informative. Eyesight was awesome. Doctor goldblatt restored my vision from the blur that I was experiencing. Actually I think he did to good of a job. I looked in the mirror this morning and realized how ugly I am. Lol!

I met with Cataract Counselor Victoria Brown and she was great! Friendly, informative, she explained everything and made me feel very comfortable about the surgery.
Doctor Szmyd listens to me and carefully examines me to evaluate the problem. He also follows up with testing and laser surgery to preserve my vision.

The staff is so helpful. I was in a bind because of my daughter’s same day surgery and they were all so accommodating and kind. The medical care is also excellent. It’s a great combination of staff and doctors.
This is a very busy practice but they process patients with little to no waiting.
The Doctor and support people are wonderful. They listen carefully and explain anything I want to know.
Unfortunately had to leave town and miss my appointment. I tried to reschedule before I left. I was willing to see someone else – even nurse practitioner. But they were rude and refused to help me. They offered another appointment another 6 months appointment. Insisted that they never allow a different physician even temporarily.

I can honestly say this was the most pleasant, informative and complete eye exam ever. Having driven almost 100 miles it was well worth it. The staff is professional and pleasant. My doctor was amazing!
