Very corrupt business I get violation after violation for tolls I HAVE PAID… I smell class action law suit. Double charging tax payers… You should be ashamed of how terrible your system is .
customer service is horrable if you call chances are they aren’t in the office and if they do answer you will be put on hold for an hour. If you go into the customer service center they are no help at all and they just say i’m sorry about that.

Paid my 75 cent toll at a stop to pay toll booth and the toll booth operator never marked me paid and now EZPassNH wants me to pay $2.50 when they quite clearly have me on film paying. So much for the “Live Free” part of the New Hampshire motto!

The few times I have had to visit, I have had a positive experience. Friendly staff that answered my questions and helped me with issues. I also got replacement devices quickly. Plenty of parking.

I’ve called EZPass NH Customer Service a number of times (for different issues). I’m connected to a Customer Service person usually within minutes and they resolve my issues. My only suggestion is that they open earlier (8am)’

Great experience at the walk in Center on Friday 9/29 Needed to replace a transponder I left in my traded in vehicle. Taylor at the counter was polite and efficient. I was in and out of the center in 8 minutes with my new unit and happy with the service, Thanks to Taylor and your staff. Gene Plunkett
Be sure you keep your plates up to date. The tolls don’t read the transponders and you get bills for tolls when your transponders doesn’t register. Big hassles!
