Fairfield Electric is the best company I have every been with. They are always there when I need them. Whoever I talked to on the phone has a very nice attitude.
The most unprofessional group of people I have had to deal with. If you don’t want to work or provide great customer service, find a job that you do not have to interact with the public. They often act like it’s a bother when you ask questions or try to get clarification about your account.
Pricing is too high with Fairfield Electric. With Duke Energy, I paid less with a house twice the size than I do now. Fairfield Electic, I have reduced my heat even lower in the winter and air higher in the summer and my bill is still higher than with Duke.
