On two different visits they have failed to call in a prescription for my daughter. Then when I try to call them, no one answers. They don’t even have a closed message or an answering service.

This is the worst doctor office ever I called for two day straight for COVID test results, nobody never answer the phone when you call.
I can count on Dr Stuck to spend ample time with me during visits. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes b/c I know she’s giving the same attn to the patient before me.
The doctors are highly trained professionals with the knowledge to provide excellent medical services that’s available and will provide the resources to help you feel better and the customer service representative is very courteous and professional. I recommend Fairfield Medical Associates for medical advice and service.
I have waited in the big, and little waiting rooms, but the doctor always spends the time that each patient needs. I have to wait at all doctor offices, it is just the way things have become. Dr. Debora Stuck is worth waiting for.

Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone ever. Takes normally a week to two weeks to get in to see a doctor. Facility is out dated and in need of many renovations. The rooms can be found a little dirty at times.

I found my care giver and the entire staff pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Waiting time was short and the care was excellent.
