Good health care system except for doctors scheduling

Really like the treatment I have received. PT has been absolutely helpful and services are received by very knowledgeable staff.
My wife received a call from Dr. Robbin’s nurse implying that after reviewing her records, none of the doctors at the facility are qualified to see her.
I have caught them placing false charges on multiple bills. They do not send an itemized bill unless you request it therefore most people do not realize what they are adding.
considering this “hospital” is so close to the reservation, they should ACCEPT IHS insurance and patients. we had an emergency with a FULL BLOOD Lakota and had to drive an hour to the rez to get help when this hospital should have taken care of our friend IMMEDIATELY and with out pause. ridiculous.
Excellent Patient Care! Dad went in w/Parkinson’s & Dementia & they provided compassionate and clinically skilled personal care thru the end. Love you Dad
Worst staff I have ever dealt with. Rude. They insult you while giving care. They violate HIPAA policy by telling others about your past history. The only thing redeeming is that they do what they have to. Worst facility to deal with.

I’ve been to the walk in clinic 3 or 4 times now and always have a good experience. Sometimes i wait a little, no more than half an hour, which I expect when I just walk-in. Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and professional (Denise in reception, nurse Bonnie, several others). Good job guys!
My 2nd baby girl was born in the ER. Dr Sides was awesome!! The bill was so affordable for a guy without insurance. It was an in and out delivery. Great experience for having to go to the ER. Walk in clinic is great too.

I gave one star because option of zero stars wasn’t available… If you care about your loved ones you will NEVER use this ER, or put them in the assisted living facility Seven Sisters there… My mom ended up with 3 infections, bed sores and broken bones… She was there for only 5 weeks.
