  1. I have a billing issue that I have been trying to get resolved for months. I have left 4 messages with no return call & today I left my 5th message. Who can I talk to to get this issue resolved? I am perplexed.

  2. Terrible customer service. They do not communicate well with other allergy offices and messed up my shipment of allergy vials. They also do not seem to understand basic protocols for shipping and handling of vials.

  3. Poor treatment of people with disabilities. Treats female patients in condescending manner compared to men. Poor professional behavior by Jessica at Clinic on Shelbyville Road.

  18. Sent bill to my ex-wife who didn’t pay it. Instead of sending a bill to my residence they called a collection agency and I got the bill from the collection agency. I have really good credit and always pay bills on time. I would have paid this one if I had known about it.

  30. Dr. Garcia is the BEST. I love that he was first a pediatrician before an allergy Dr. Specialist. He is always so thorough and shows a very genuine interest and concern for my daughter’s overall health. He makes note of all the details on his laptop. He is also pretty funny too.

  35. Doctor Pollard and his Nurse Practitioner are the best. They have been able to get me feeling my best when other doctors haven’t been able to treat me properly for allergies and respiratory issues. I’ve been going to them for years.

  41. We have been coming to family allergy and asthma for the past 2 years for my now 4 y/o son. They have helped us diagnose and manage food allergies, drug allergies, and seasonal allergies. The office staff have always been great, the facility is nice, and Dr. Feger has provided excellent medical care for our son.

He never seems to be rushed and listens carefully to what you have to say. All of our issues have been addressed and quickly resolved. They are the best!

  45. Nothing but great experience at the Shelbyville Rd location. We see Dr. Feger, and he is very good. After a year in his care, my son’s allergies and asthma are under control and he’s even been able to reduce some of the medications and take a more natural approach. Would definitely recommend.
