I have a billing issue that I have been trying to get resolved for months. I have left 4 messages with no return call & today I left my 5th message. Who can I talk to to get this issue resolved? I am perplexed.
Terrible customer service. They do not communicate well with other allergy offices and messed up my shipment of allergy vials. They also do not seem to understand basic protocols for shipping and handling of vials.
