Was a patient of Dr. Panteles for most of my adult life and then dropped as a patient simply because I didnt come in for 4 years.
Dr. Howard Metzger has been taking good care of me for the past 12 plus years. Always has good medical advice for health maintenance.
Place is trash and then tried to charge me $50 for a “no show” on an appointment that wasn’t scheduled.
Had tests performed on me that were not covered by insurance that were extremely expensive!! Lesson learned…check with insurance before tests are conducted. However, having been to several doctors they ALWAYS discussed the costs/out-of-pocket before hand.
Unhelpful reception — tried to schedule a visit and was told I’m no longer a patient since I haven’t been seen in two years (due to college/COVID pandemic). Office refused to reestablish care with no information about when I could ever be seen again.
My wife & I have been patients of Dr Metzger for about 30 years. He is awesome. We trust his care completely.
This is how their receptionist talks to random people they’ve never met before in their life. She messaged my mother on fb and called her a C**t for No good reason. Classy staff they have working for them

Trying to find a more a new doctor and was recommended here. My new patient visit was a disaster. Doctor spent 5 minutes in the room with me. Didn’t listen to anything that was wrong with me.
