Everything was great while I was under care but when I relocated and asked for help from the office for access to records through patient fusion everything became tedious, difficult and costly.
The long time physicians retired last year and the new doctors have brought new energy. I have been seen four times and could not be more pleased with my new doctor.

they messed up my appointment, didn’t contact me and the next available one is a month away! There’s no electronic scheduling system, so they can’t send an email or text, so it’s all in the mercy of nurse

This was very poor practice. I did not get a true full physical. No real examination. I had a tiny bit of earwax and they had me get it removed and charged me $101 for the 2 minute process. Dr. Liang is very sweet but I do recommend trying to go to someone else in the area if you can.
The front desk staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional they should be working for DMV instead. My husband was incredibly sick and so we were 15 minutes late. They then told us there was nothing they could do cause he’s late and he is …
