  1. Hire the most inexperienced group of people who do not speak English to come out unannounced, destroy property and claim no responsibility. Worst tree company to represent a major electrical company claiming to offer outstanding service.

  2. 2/20/2021 Kudos to FEC on their handling of the February storm. The rolling blackouts weren’t their fault but it did allow us to maintain some heat and FEC kept us informed all the way.

  3. We received our electricity on time and as described. Shipping was a little higher than expected, and customer service was so so and requires patience. If you don’t have patience you’ll probably leave a negative review. If you do then good luck and bring your phone to kill time while standing in line all by yourself.

  11. Do not use this company if you don’t have to. They give you a bill, you pay it. A couple of days later, you get an email threatening to have your power cut off. How can this be? I paid my bill. I go back to my portal, they added an extra $8.05 to the previous bill that I had paid a couple of days before the email.

  15. I highly recommend you look for another electric company, really useless customer services, horrible with sending you bills and don’t even get me started how they charged my card over three times and no payment went through (all because autopay failed)
