  6. The ATM is Never available for deposits after hours. I have tried on several occasions on the weekend and evening weekday hours to make deposits but the ATM is “temporarily unavailable”. I am inconvenienced to drive across town out of my way to complete my transaction. Something should be done.

  14. You have to pay 10.00 and have 100 on hold if you have prior checking account issues even if its not your fault and when you fix it they allow you to get a regular account. But all ther money you give them for all that time should be put in an escrow account and you given the savings amount.

  21. My debit was shut down due to fraud on 12/31/21. They told me a replacement would come in 7-10 business days which is understandable. Today is 1/20/22 and still no debit card. Call center is no help. They keep insisting that it was shipped on 1/11/22. It’s been almost one month and no sight of a debit card.
