Quality service, I had run out of oil at 5 am Saturday morning, called at at 830am to get oil, they told me they would be here at 10 am. They were fast, and on time in a little notice, couldn’t be happier with their service!

I have used Ferro for over 4 years. They are always prompt when I need my oil. Awesome customer service.
The bad review below must be bogus. These guys always give excellent service. Switched to them years ago BECAUSE they have great prices on fuel oil. We have an older house with heat and ac that need a lot of attention and they have always responded promptly and professionally when we have a problem.
We nominate Steve, who comes at least yearly to check out our heating system.
He’s always polite and informative, and definitely knows his stuff.
He never makes a mess, always cleans up after himself.
The only one here that doesn’t like him is Rusty, the cat.
