  1. I’ve only been a customer for a few months now, but every single time it rains snows or sleets in the slightest my internet goes on and off and mostly stays off until it calms down.

  2. They can,t fix my phone till August 8th and now the internet can’t be fixed either though the girl said she would try to get them here quicker but never called back

  3. The landline phone service is full of static. The internet is unreliable and comes and goes in waves. Then when a tech is needed it doesn’t happen quickly. I was to have a call back in 10-15 min and had to call them back after an hour, twice.

  4. For several weeks now, my household has been having what can only be throttled connections to video streaming sites, the biggest culprit being Youtube. This is not what i pay 90 dollars a month for.

  5. Product vs. value just is not there. After two years had to cancel cable due to cost. No effort to reduce cost for average content. In today’s communications market it supprises me that there is no concern in loyality. None.

  8. Internet speed throttles and shuts off completely. When they do come to fix it nothing happens. Right now they’ve so called “fixed” the problem but now we have no internet at all.

  9. I haven’t had a problem getting a tech here, but I regret having FIDO installed about a month ago. Once a week the TV signal goes out and i have to call them to reset it or unplug the signal wires on the boxes. This makes dish look better every day.

  13. The internet service is very slow, I spend about 4 mins waiting for the T.V to load the guide, and more often than not we have to go unplug the router and hope. Have had techs come to fix whatever the issue is and was told there was not one. Don’t expect them to deliver on the promises

  14. Worst internet service we have ever had. Constant outages, no customer support. Outrageous monthly bills for less than mediocre service. My advice if your looking for internet look elsewhere.

  18. Can’t rate it 0 stars or I would. If you don’t rely on the internet daily for work, don’t mind sitting for hours on hold every time you call, or don’t mind paying for services you barley get to use, this is the service for you! They have MOSTLY very nice workers, and it’s not their fault.
