After having MANY issues at Fifth Third I thought about bringing my money here. After reading the reviews I don’t think I will.
Questionable practices. I had funds withdrawn for purchases I never made. Untrustworthy, unreliable, undependable, & unprofessional.

Avoid! High fees for activity on their accounts. No notification when these fees are going to be incurred. Poor website – cannot download or export account details in to a spreadsheet or csv. Difficult to read and understand statements.
I’ve always had a great experience with Field and Main. Friendly environment, great app functionality. I do wish push-to-debit transfers were credited instantly rather than having to be manually posted. Otherwise, it’s a great bank!
