I called to make a loan payment.. Because they change the website…I was told I would have to pay $9 more if paid over the phone…They change the site and the customers have to pay more to make a payment… when all was said and done MEGAN lied to me and I had to pay $10 extra…
This bank is bad! Cuz they always never take out of my money when holiday is over. They want my money for late fee.
Wouldn’t go here, don’t post your money 24/7 only when their open. My BANK treats me like family and my money is posted with in an hour of a direct deposit and customer support 24/7 now that’s what i call a financial institution that’s their for their customers
Apparently I have been responsible for payments and no one wanted to inform me but did let it affect my credit. The ball was dropped.
The main branch is not open on Saturday, when every other credit union and bank is. Very inconvenient.
I’m a long-standing member of this credit union. I have several accounts with different banks and credit union’s. These people play with your money, with fees and ” holding” large sums of money for ridiculous periods Of time. They are extremely unhelpful whenever you want to call as well, if you can get through.
Outstanding customer service, always friendly and very helpful. Going on 5years now and I’ve never had any issues. I will be a member for life. I highly recommend van slyke location to everyone!!
