Absolutely the worst. Monopoly bs. If you have Firelands you are railroaded into paying three times higher rates than anyone else. You cannot change carriers and you have zero options. They can legally get away with this through loophole in …
My husband is a lineman himself and thinks your rates are insane a good 150 over just to fill up the big wigs bonus. Not the linemans fault it’s the people sitting in their pretty office.
We’ve never had a problem with Firelands. Outages are rare and quickly resolved. We just had an outage during this terrible storm, but it lasted less than one minute. Well done, Firelands!
I pay over 240 a month an only 2 bedroom apartment with 2 air conditioners they rob people big time can wait til my lease is up I’m out of there reach no more pay double or triple. I’ll never shop here again when I leave this time everything cost way to much
Hade a security light out at the house made 1 phone call to a very nice and professional receptionist that understood my babbling about the light lol
Was fixed before i got home from work. thank agian for the great service
Just want to take a moment to thank all the Firelands team that responded after this last storm. You all probably don’t receive the thank you’s you deserve. Outages are inconvenient for the consumer but we can only imagine what its like for you all and your families. Thank you!

Our area was hit by a tornado Monday night and we have been without power since then. They came and replaced the transformer yesterday and we had power for about 15 minutes. When they repaired said transformer they sent a power surge to our …

I HATE Firelands & the fact that they REFUSE to help anyone.
Had them for 15 years and had no problem.

Always quick to get power back on, even in extreme weather. Work hard to keep members informed.
