Very slow to assist. The office hours open late and close early. If you need to call them, wait an hour or two after they open. Bring a long book to read as you wait for assistance.

It was easy to get along with people who work there and the sign in was easy and they answered my questions and a game plan for what is going on with me.

Staff is friendly and I am always seen shortly after arrival! They always make sure you understand by explaining in detail and asking if you have any questions.
Had an appointment at 8 didn’t get seen till 830. The dr was rude, yelling at my son and threatening to have him escorted out. My son is 8 years old! What a loser of a doctor!

Do NOT take your child to see dentist Dr. Paris. He YELLED at my SIX year old child to stop crying after he gave him FOUR SHOTS in the mouth for a cavity. And even yelled at my boyfriend, my son’s father, for trying to console him. I will never take my child to see Dr. Paris again.

The billing office is doing terrible job. I paid my bill and they keep sending me the same bill. I left VoiceMessage with them twice and they never call me back. Never will go there again.
They cancelled two of my appointments in a row. They called and cancelled the day before both of them and the soonest they could reschedule was two weeks.
