Waited for over an hour and a half and they called another lady back that came in after us and she didn’t have an appointment either. The lame excuse was that we had to fill out paperwork. I would give a negative rating if I could.
Older lady at front desk was extremely rude to my fiancé and I when we simply asked a few questions. Thankfully there was someone else standing there who explained what we needed to know without being so condescending.
We have been waiting to be seen for two hours now and still not being seen, they aren’t even busy. We are very frustrated. The practioner was very rude once we did finally get seen and had a very passive aggressive attitude towards us.
Never answers their phone, even when they’re open and i’m sitting in the parking lot waiting to be seen. It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with any of the providers there, I had to wait over a month to get medicine for something that I was seen about in early october. I thought this would be my new primary but I guess not.
This place has the nicest doctors I’ve ever met! I love going to this place because each doctor I’ve met with are very nice and understanding and very very patient. I’m only 19 years old and they were the first doctors I’ve met without relying on my parents and they were very kind and talked me through everything.

Lack of communication between doctors. 3rd day after my son fractured his collarbone and just got the pain meds called in to the pharmacist. Will never use this place again.
Nikki Lindsey is very caring, and listens. All the staff I have encountered is so nice. Definitely glad I decided to change and starting coming to them.
I called ahead of time to make sure they where open we drove an hour to be seen and we got there at 6 they don’t close until 7 and wouldn’t see us. My baby was sick and the dr wanted to close up an hour early. Don’t take your kids here go …
