If you are looking to get a DOT physical and your BMI is over what is supposedly healthy, even if you are muscular they will make you get a sleep apnea study. I can run 3 miles in 22 mins and 45 seconds. And a sleep apnea study is an extra 500+ dollars. Seems like a good money making scheme.

Poor service, never sent me back my test results. Did not respect my appointment and sent me home without a checkup, yet charged me for a visit I never had (haven’t been there in weeks, and yet I received a bill for an appointment I never made).
