Customer Service over the phone is always a hassle to get a hold off and once you get a rep to answer they put you on hold forever. I got tired of calling and waiting that I had no choice to go in person. Not OKAY.

In January I solicited a skip payment, and 3 weeks ago a saw in my credit report that I have a 6 months with a missing payment in this bank. Apparently they never made that skip payment, I call them but nothing, this was in FICU in Imperial, Ca.

caught fraud charges from Facebook. blocked my old card and sent me a new card turned out it was blocked for my protection . the website said it was activated but turns out the website lied to me they activated my card and now it works thanks so much
