  5. Got an email on the last day before my premium was to renew, to let me know they were not going to renew…this was an email sent to me after their offices had closed; with no explanation… I had not even one day to find another insurer.

  9. I was hit by a carrier, it’s been over 90 days since the accident and not one person from 1st insurance has contacted me though my company has contacted them again and again. There is a witness and a police report. These people are shisters.

  10. The worst insurance ever! I would never recommend this insurance to my worst enemy. They are so unreliable. They don’t return their calls they refuse to pay their claims even after the courts order that they are responsible. Put families in stress and hardship in trying times. Very very SAD!

  14. Beware of parking prices. Though there are Strab doctors there, the parking does NOT price their parking the same. A lot of signs in these offices have Strab parking prices but doesn’t First Insurance parking prices.
