Called several times over 3 days and never got a call back, kept getting hung up on, or one ever answered the phone, had to call spartanburg to keep my number changed
This bank definitely needs to get a 24 hr customer service number!!! Especially when I can’t access the money on my card for no reason what so ever!!! This is ridiculous…
60% of the front floor staff are rude and unless you carry 500,000 in an acct.they make you feel less than trash . I’ve had money before and lost it, and I’ll have it again but it won’t be invested here !: God-bless to those who treat people like they are human at the Floyd Baker boulevard location
Been banking here since I was 17. Never had a major problem and when a minor one popped up (very, very few and far in between), the staff was polite and quick to resolve it once notified. Also, ATMs seemed to be updated with new security …
