Great customer service. Wish they would not have closed this branch during COVID–made it very inconvenient to have to travel across town just to make some simple transactions.
I can never get the online banking to work. Maybe you need to get better software. I even went into the bank and an employee helped me and we both were having issues trying to get the online banking to work. It’s really frustrating.
Horribly long wait times to call in and get help with card replacement, questions, etc. Fraud protection process is redundant and inefficient causing more work for the customer. Procedures are outdated like no address change unless you go in to a branch. Planning to leave out of frustration.

Terrible. Tried to cash a check written from an account holder of their bank and was treated like a criminal. Glad I closed my account with this place years ago. Find another bank to use this place is godawful
Deceptive banking practices. Tried to cancel my account – instead this Credit Union keeps charging me a monthly fee. Took out a “free” HELOC some years ago but never have used used. Now changed a $250 fee to close it out.
Excellent Credit Union. I both work and bank here and am pleased with the work we do at FirstUS. We are not perfect, but we do our best to offer quality service and are always looking for ways to improve and better serve the community at large.
