They make it impossible to get a hold of a customer service rep, you call the 800# then they tell you they can;t help you then they take you to another number and you are in a loop, ridiculous!!
They took the April payment and applied it directly to the principal, so now they say the payment is late. On hold for customer service for over an hour and have still not gotten through.
I’ve applied for two mortgages now through Brian Taylor, and he is excellent. I had zero problems with BOK, and I will continue to go there in the future for my mortgage needs!
Sat on hold for 51 minutes. They finally answered with zero acknowledgment or apology and just told me to wait for a letter in the mail. What a terrible business to be forced to work with. Stay away if you can.
