Technicians and Staff were very polite and courteous. Time waiting was short.
Nice but slow
Always have a good experience here, all things considered…
Horrible nurses that treated me like a criminal.
They were good last time there
Always been very kind and fast in treating patients.
Every time I go, the staff is friendly and attentive, the place clean, and in general, service is outstanding.
I would rather have gangrene take over and slowly ferment my entire body while still alive than ever set foot in this establishment
You guys wouldn’t let my wife and kids come back with me today… you waited till we all got in the room and told them to leave…
Emergency room that requires you to wait over an hour to see a doctor. This place is a huge waste of time.
Literally the SLOWEST ER ever. Over an hour and still not seen by a doctor. Ridiculous, drive to another hospital if you can. This place is a joke.
Wait times are HORRIBLE , you’d be better off calling a ambulance and acting like you’re about to die
I was abused by the physician assitan Robert he treated me so bad I was screaming and had to go to another hospital for care don’t go here if you can help it or care about your health and safty
Some of the staff were not helpful. Talked with Brittany and she answered all of my questions
We registered @ 3:55pm today to get in to be seen, I ask the lady at the desk how much longer I don’t know so we left at 7:00 . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 …
2 times in one wwwk for serious stomach pain.. give pain meds sent home saying everything fine… this is butcher titus
I recently aggrivated a pre existing injury and went to the emergency center . Every one at the hospital was so friendly and made me feel comfortable . Thank you All.
VERY NICE great service BUTT if your not die’ing quite often due to high traffic from other hospitals you can end up waiting 2+ hours, i once waited 5 hours.
fisher-titus is really a good place to go I don’t care what people say about it it’s not the band aid station they take good care of you and their food is good also
They worry about money over patient health every time. Fisher Price…
It’s a good hospital they saved my life last August ..it’s a 1 stop get everything done from x-rays blood work scans ER just everything
I was there for a three night stay because of an MS exacerbation. They took really good care of me and are helping me to figure out how to get assistance paying for it.
Unless you can not manage the travel to an actual hospital I would not go here for Emergency care. I had better treatment/care in Croatia than here really must be going down the drain.
This is what you want in urgent care. you call and then they take a message. That’s not urgent care nor is it convenient care.
They take way to long to tell you anything. Waiting to see a doctor is longer then a hour and half the time they send you home without a answer more of a guessing game till you see your own doctor
Was there for over 2hrs waiting for treatment. 4 people that came in after us was checked n treated and sent on their way. When we said something to ladies at desk…they said Oh your next. Wait a darn minute how does this happen….shame on you fisher titus
Fired all their experience, shame.
The doctors are usually rude and think they are so special. I deal with the staff roughly twice a week. Travis Mead is especially rude. Keep away!
They claim that this is the best hospital around but ive been waiting in an er room for almost 2 hours and not been seen by a doctor yet. 0/10. Do not recommend, drive somewhere else and save your time.
never again will I use this hospital apparently the ER Bill’s separately and according to collections agency it was on my discharge paperwork I’m sorry I was in pain and didnt read the fine print nor did I once receive a bill for the $342 …
They used to have a bad local view many years ago, but they have expanded and modernized. Procedures, and even help getting around the maze of hallways has been great so far for me.i have not found anything that I’ve needed to have done, or other family members, that couldn’t be done there.
0 stars if I could. After being bounced back and forth like a ping pong ball between 3 people, I waited on the phone and literally just kept being told one minute every 3-4 minutes by whoever kept picking up the phone.
Well the last few times I have gone or somebody I have known has gone it seems like they don’t care about how you feel I personally sat in the waiting room for 5 hours while infected with covid-19 my wife is currently in the waiting room …
Horrible service, horrible staff, waited over 8 hours with a family member here; three in the waiting room, the rest in the back. They seemed to keep forgetting about him and tests, and waited until the last moment to decide to keep him …
Had to register for blood draw which took about 15 minutes of waiting. After registration got brought back to lab and sat in a chair for another 15 minites waiting for someone to take blood. Pretty well done with using this place.
I appreciate having a medical facility near me especially one that has been professional and caring. I have been gone from this area and have recently returned and love all the updates and the add ins. I also like that it is associated with larger hospitals in the district.
If I could give them a half star I would. The doctors/hospital will not take the time out of the day to fully and accurately treat patients. Also, generally rude receptionists!!!
The worst possible pace to get wound care!!! Especially if you are older. don’t take your aging parent here. They are sexist! We are seriously considering a law suit for the terrible misdiagnosis and treatment our Mom received from the …
You’ve to go to some pretty bad hospitals to leave a 1 star review. This hospital however, is not one of those. Quick and passionate service and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on with me. I also wanted for nothing.
This is an institution built to serve it’s self . We have had a lot of ups and downs with this place . We moved here from Cincinnati with a lot more choices and the doctors who I believe graduated higher in their class most likely. When we …
Went to see the Dr. for chest pains(scheduled not an ER visit). Charged $350 for 1/2 hr initial visit with doc(comes out to about 1.5 Million per year for him if he always charges that much) then $250 for an ekg, which costs about $75 …
I just had surgery for carpal tunnel here. The entire staff was wonderful and professional. I’ve lived in the Norwalk area most of my life and I’m 43 years old now. I’ve traveled quite a bit and have many experiences with other medical …
Being a patient with a extremely rare vascular anomaly generally I get a hard time from doctors not wanting me as a patient. However, Fisher-Titus was a well managed ER and I had Dr. Rickson who spent time helping with the issue and finding me new doctors to work with. I recommend this hospital to anyone looking for real help!
I am sitting in the emergency room with my grandchild….right now at this very moment we have been here for 4 hours ….90 minutes in a doctor came in for 2 minutes prescribed a pill said he be back and yet here we are still …
I had an appointment with Dr. Jeffrey Harwood at Fisher Titus convenient care when my daughter could not be seen by our primary caregiver. Being seen by Dr. Jeffrey Harwood was by far the worst medical experience I have ever had! He had …
I recently went to the emergency room on 12/16/2018 while on vacation visiting my family because we’ve always believed Fisher-Titus was the best hospital in the area. I was shocked when i recieved a bill for $1,600 dollars to bring down a …

Amazing experience giving birth to my daughter in 2016. The nurses were attentive and helpful. Dr.Wilbur was awesome. The lactation consultant was helpful and supportive. I wish I would have chosen this for my first baby as well.
Psychologist that took over practice at Fischer Titus won’t prescribe medications that the previous practitioner had been helping me with no side effects for 12 yrs. …
I needed a breathing treatment and kept getting jerked around. So I keep a emergency inhaler on me told I couldn’t use it and they wanted it. I said no way!!!! No person should have to wait to breath!!
Waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor in the ER then tried to force me to accept things that I told him I am not willing to accept told them that that wasn’t going to happen but they insisted I did not give in to their insistence
I don’t care for them anymore. My friend had her baby there and she threw her pillow on top of the biohazard contanor and when I said something to her about how that’s gross and she needs to clean it she told me it wasn’t her job and I …
I went to Fisher Titus recently for severe kidney pain. I was in a room in under 5 minutes. Doctor and nurses were very kind and caring.
I was offered a position here. I put in my 2 weeks notice at my then current full time job with benifits, Fisher Titus HR was aware. They put me through everything for my new position like physical, 2 step TB tests, CPR class, and yearly …
After my c-section the nurses refused to help with my twins saying they were “too busy”. The nurses were the meanest and most unprofessional group of women I have ever encountered. I was called names by them and what should have been a …
Had knee replacement surgery, all in all the treatment met my needs. Night nurses great and very compassionate. This being my surgery ever, I was very nervous about the process. Second day there, lots of pain and discomfort, the daytime …
I love this hospital system, and the folks that work there. For every appointment I’ve ever had, all of the medical staff, business staff, and support staff offers a smile and kind, “Hello!” …
I took my 3 year old daughter to their emergency department. Not only were they extremely professional, the Nurses were great with her. They made a over whelming experience pleasant for her. Thank you Fisher-Titus!
This is the worst hospital in Huron county, probably in the state. My mother went to the ER last week for a fall where she had a bloody wound on her leg and her head instantly swelled and bruised. They did some tests and sent her home with …
If you have an emergency by all means make it to the nearest ER even if is this one. My wife got her identity stolen all they did was send a letter of their mistake and not offering any help, we have bills that are not our fault and now we …
I want to highly commend Fisher-Titus Drs and Staff for the extraordinary care, support and cooperation during 2 recent emergency admissions to the hospital in November and January. Drs Baljari, Salam, Amir, and Patel all worked together to …
Incompetent, entitled and unwilling to offer nessisary health care due to a minor scheduling inconvenience. The experience that my friends and thier family’s have told me of this place are enough to justify complete staff and management removal.
I’ve never had a bad experience with fisher Titus, I’m unsure as to why I’m seeing so many bad reviews and remarks? I especially want to recognize the staff at the wound clinic. My son got a second degree burn on his hand and all of the …
Will never darken their doors again. Received sub par treatment in the oncology department where the Dr. didn’t explain anything and in the he held up the diagnosing process. Went to the ER with complications from the ignored cancer and …
The nursing staff treated my aunt very poorly. She is on end of life care and they actually hid her call button so she couldn’t find it to alert the nursing staff that she needed help. My aunt was treated so badly that she end up leaving …
Your patient portal set up is a joke. It seems like every time you call the ER department you get different information and no one knows what is going on. I called to set my portal up to obtain medical records and the person said I had to …
RN Whitney in pre-op was very kind, attentive, and professional to my special needs sister when she had to be generally sedated for her imaging study. Thank you Whitney for making a stressful day bearable. I could tell how you are one of a kind nurse. 🙏 …
By far the best hospital, outstanding surgery prep staff and 3D floor staff. Caring people. My wife enjoyed the food also. Great Job !
Some of the nurses were very nice but I can’t say the same for the doctors. They don’t listen to what the patient says and this leads to miss diagnosis and a return to emergency room and back in the hospital. Very unprofessional.
Watch your billing with these deceitful people. I had a standard 1 year follow up visit 6/29/22. I paid my copay and my insurance was billed the $159.00 office visit. Three weeks later I received a “Treatment Room” bill for $230!!!. I …
This place said my uncle was well and ready to go to a rehab rest home for a few days. I went to the rest home the next day and found him nearly dead. He was still very sick and ended up passing a few days later. They released him way to soon!
It was absolutely disturbing, the treatment (or lack thereof) that I received at the ER. I went in for an accidental dietary supplement overdose and they treated me as if they pulled me out of a ditch with a needle in my arm. In fact, they …
I visited the ER yesterday and it was the worst experience anyone should endure. Not only the wait but how they left emergency situations be ignored. Supervisors should watch the videos
My FIL came to ER by squad . From the emergency room to him being admitted , to him having to stay we were impressed how good he was treated and my MIL.The er dr was awesome. Thank u all
Billing did not bill insurance but sent a bill. When I called billing the person was rude when asking for insurance information. I could also hear a child in the background not sure if they are working from home. But she acted like I had …

I went in for a prescription emergency and the staff and nurses judged and interrogated me, just flat out medication shamed me.
God bless real doctors and nurses that actually are compassionate and care. …
I quite literally could’ve nearly sued them for my near death from their negligence. I had taken 3 ambulances, a day apart, for severely heavy bleeding after a miscarriage. They turned me away. I was told it was a period. I was told that it …
Would not recommend this hospital. Took my mother to the ER. They said all tests including an ECG were normal, that the pain was muscular, and sent her home. When following up with primary care two weeks later as suggested by the ER doctor …

I am so grateful! Thank you all for changing my life!
Absolutely will not be taking my children any longer to the pediatric facility. Besides having to wait 20 minutes past my nurse appointment, I watched the front desk personnel laugh, make faces and talk “quietly” to each other about a …
