I had a procedure scheduled thru borland and groover and instead of letting me know what my copay would be before the procedure, I received a bill for over $700 after the fact. If I would have known that I would have scheduled it somewhere else. Bad business practice
Beware, i now owe $3,600.00 just for anesthesia during a colonoscopy! A preventive procedure! I’m now being told “they arent in my network” . Who asks if everyone in the room is in their network prior to a procedure? I scheduled through Borland Groover and no one warned me of this. Absolutely ridiculous.
Went in for a hernia repair. Wonderfully professional and courteous staff. Kind and caring on the recovery end. It’s owned by a conglomerate of the doctors that perform surgery there so I think they keep it pretty well on the level.
