If I could give zero stars I would. They take advantage of the fact I have a terminally ill son at home (heart failure) and if I dont pay truly outrageous amounts they shut me off.
One of the rudest companies I have ever had to deal with. It’s unfortunate that we can’t “shop around” for better deals on electric, maybe they would treat people with a little bit more respect.
Worst electric company ever. Highest prices, most unreliable service, rude people and when the electric goes out they are in no hurry to get it back on. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always been a pleasure dealing with everyone at FME, easy to pay bills via phone or online. Even in power outages you get kind, friendly, thoughtful people and prompt updates & call backs. I’m glad I live in a area that has a co-op lots of perks & benefits of being rural.

Reported outage at around 1030 PM; they sent crews down to work on poles and lines downed by trees all night and restored power before their estimated time. Grateful for such a speedy restoration, especially in the middle of the night.
