I can’t say enough bad things about this company. Outrageous charges, disrespectful employees, unfair fees, they bill you even if your service is discontinued. Unfortunately they are our only water choice in the area.

Absolutely the worst! I disconnected service due to moving out of state. Even after 3-1/2 months, they are still saying just “wait for your refund of your deposit”. They keep telling me it can take up to 6-8 weeks but it has been 14 weeks since I shut off services. Don’t expect your money back.
