We received a call from KWAA regarding our water usage DRAMATICALLY increasing (2,000 to 35,000). There was no visible leak. They worked with us to trouble shoot what could be causing the issue. We were able to get a plumber there that day to fix it. Thank you KWAA!
I was out of town for a month and got a call that there’s excessive water usage when I was on my way back (toilet). Called today to work out a payment plan for the almost $700.00 bill after telling them my car and scooter flooded with hurricane Ian and the best they can do is split it into 4 months…the best they can do.
