I visited Dr. Bobo to try out fills and Botox. She has the best prices, a gentle touch and a good eye. The look was natural and I appreciated a medical doctor doing all the injections. Many places charge more and use questionably trained techs. Loved Dr. Bobo’s work and personality. Will return again.

Terrible experience. Will no longer be coming here as a patient. Unfortunately had to deal with Gayle at the front desk. Very rude and not helpful nor knows anything about what she’s doing. Front staff should is the face of the company and she does not belong there. Ill find another eye doctor to go to.

Absolutely terrible service from their KATZEN Center. I’m schedule for surgery tomorrow and still no phone call telling me time, etc. I called local KATZEN office and they told me I should call the surgery center. Amazing, I’m paying and I have to do all the work. All they are interested in is selling you expensive lens.
Unfriendly staff. Front desk people are extremely rude and treat patients like jail mates what the heck??? Her bad attitude turned me off completely as she was the first person I spoke with. I won’t be a patient here any longer. She looked permanently bloated and slop too lol

Always a pleasure. Followed Dr Lima up from Boca years ago. No one else could get my contacts just right. Now with my “aging issues”, he is still the most professional and caring. Recent visit with Dr Bobo was excellent as well. Great staff too.
The staff here is fabulous. Dr. Bobo decided that I did not surgery now. Other doctors said that I needed a procedure immediately. I thank her sincerely for postponing an unnecessary procedure.
Great experience with Dr. Luchs and all the nurses. My appointment was at 6 am and I was home before 9 am. I was supposed to be relaxed but awake. Well I think I slept through it. I don’t remember much besides lots of drops in my eye. No pain after. My other eye is scheduled for April 13, 2021. Hope it goes as smoothly.
