Cannot say enough about this Branch. They can teach the world about customer service. Elizabeth leads the way! I will not go to any other place for banking advice.
Horrible experience I just moved into town. I thought this would be a great branch to go to. Very unprofessional. Did not feel welcome at all. They told me I had to have all of this unnecessary information to open up a savings account. I am upset that I wasted my time.
Nancy at the New Port Richey location is the best.. I think she must be family.. the way she treats us. Will drive forever to go to this location. No matter who else works there, she makes them great as well. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else
Everyone on the staff at the Brandon location are truly wonderful! They have helped me with repairing my credit history with a series of small loans over a duration of time and I have literally received no hassles. I will continue being a member for a while!
