What kind of business names their company “fly by night”? Are they hinting at being a terrible company on purpose? The name fits apparently, from the other 1 and 2 star reviews.
Driver either forgets the trash or dont pick up all of it. When i call the office they make excuses for the driver. Bad service for three weeks straight. I switched to another trash service.
Horrible experience. Several times they didn’t come and pick up our trash on the day they had set for us. We would wait 2 or 3 days after the pick up day for them to get it. They overcharged us. Very rude on the phone.
My trash was never picked up last week. I have been trying to call and no one answers. The first half of the week the voicemails were full. The last half i have been able to leave a message and no one is responding. I want a refund on my charge for this month and i will be switching to a different company.

Yesterday my sister watched one of the men pick up a bag and it ripped so he left it there to spill out all over my driveway. He acted as if it was too heavy but I was able to pick it up easily. I pay for all my trash to get picked up not just the ones they pick.
These Guys are GREAT! Always on time, and very flexible with your payments I can’t tell you how many time ive forgotten to pay my bill because of how cheap the service is. Only thing I would change is for them to take the time to put my lid back on. It flys way sometimes and i have to track it down.
$17.70 a month for 12 bags 30 lbs and under per week. This is the ONLY garbage service in my area that offers payment over the phone. Beckley and oak hill tried charging me over $70 for letting my service lapse for one month while I was moving. I’m so glad for this company. I just hope it turns out well.
