They only seem to care about their documentation instead of the patient. Too trivial to me. If I couldn’t charge someone for services, I would show some Intiative and take it upon myself to help out the patient. Not a serviceable company in.my opinion.

Focus Respiratory does not even deserve a one star. It is disgraceful how poorly they have treated my 96 year old mother-in-law. Profits and indifference seem to be much more important than patient care. Go elsewhere!
