Let’s face it, for the most part, feet are gross. And you know it’s not good when you have to call in the experts. However, my first experience at Foot Centers Maryland at Mercy was not as mortifying as I’d imagined it would be. Apparently, an ingrown toenail is not the worst thing they’ve seen.

I have been coming to this office close to ten years. I have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy from Dr. Sider and also the front desk staff. I have never had a long wait, I was seen within 10-15 mins. of my arrival time.

I have been coming to this office close to ten years. I have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy from Dr. Sider and also the front desk staff. I have never had a long wait, I was seen within 10-15 mins. of my arrival time.
I enjoy going to the Mercy hospital site. The ladies up front are always kind and accommodating. Dr Sohn is very professional and he knows what to do with my feet issues! I will continue going to see him. He has a great personality.
My appointment was was for 4pm on Sept. 26th. When I got there at 3:30pm I found a note on the door saying the office was closed on Monday September 26th. I did not receive a message to change my appointment. Wasted time, money and gas.

Wait time was short and when the wait time for my next procedures was over 20 minutes the nurses stayed very attentive and communicated my next turn. This hospital performed like they care about you and your safety.
I will not be returning returning due to lack of interest on doctors part. Ordered script without discussing it with me.Did not address reason I was there. Will find another podiatrist on my own. Will not be seeing him every 3 months as recommended by him.
