I can’t tell you how unbelievably disappointed we are with the customer service from this company. It’s as if no one speaks to one another over there. They are so out of touch.
The internet here is cheap but it should actually be cheaper because the internet is terrible everything buffers or disconnect frequently I’m literally around the corner from headquarters and the connection is still laggy
I have been trying to get help loading my email on my computer! Suppose to call me back and it has been two days. I need to see my email! Important things coming in! This is disgusting!
