  1. Horrible bank…20 years with them.went rt over to bank of America. Instantly can cash a check and mobile app…withdrawing from this horrible bank,wonder why they have a high turnover rate

  2. Been here for years and it’s a great bank only problem is that at one point and time they couldn’t give out the coins of a transaction so the coin machine was messed up

  3. Have always gotten great service at the branches. There was one mistake on an account and I politely brought it up. They worked diligently to correct it as soon as possible and apologized profusely for the error.

  4. THE WORST BRANCH AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!! I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY ASSETS!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN ANY OF THE EMPLOYEES!!!! JUST TERRIBLE!! HOW DO PEOPLE BANK WITH THEM!!??

  5. Went to open a savings account and had a few government checks to deposit. They refused because I had a temp id. Went down the street to Wells Fargo and opened an account without an issue

  6. Skibo branch always goes over and beyond the call of duty. After being turned away from the horrible Raeford road branch they made away for me to deposit a life insurance check to cover funeral expenses. They have extended hours on friFri and open on Saturday. Great loan rates and service.
