I love this place. They were so patient with me when I first tried wearing contacts. I love the high tech gadgets that can be used instead of having to dilate my eyes. This means I can schedule an appointment on my lunch hour and return to work and not be blinded until my eyes return to normal.
Service and friendliness are always top notch (and if a mistake is made, they handle it with grace and make things right). I’m sure I could go somewhere else and get things done a little cheaper, but I like the more personal experience and appreciate caring professionalism when it comes to my vision.
Dr.s are great here, front office is courteous and helpful, staff selling glasses is a mixed bag, I had one who really looked at my insurance and saved me money and this last time a different one tried to up sell everything to me saying it was Dr recomended (it wasn’t). I did not purchase glasses from here this time because of that.

I love this place. They were so patient with me when I first tried wearing contacts. I love the high tech gadgets that can be used instead of having to dilate my eyes. This means I can schedule an appointment on my lunch hour and return to work and not be blinded until my eyes return to normal.

Service and friendliness are always top notch (and if a mistake is made, they handle it with grace and make things right). I’m sure I could go somewhere else and get things done a little cheaper, but I like the more personal experience and appreciate caring professionalism when it comes to my vision.
Dr.s are great here, front office is courteous and helpful, staff selling glasses is a mixed bag, I had one who really looked at my insurance and saved me money and this last time a different one tried to up sell everything to me saying it was Dr recomended (it wasn’t). I did not purchase glasses from here this time because of that.
