June and the staff from the Out Patient Laboratory are excellent. Professional and friendly. I’m what’s known as a hard stick. I’ve had technicians elsewhere have to stick multiple times, as often as 7. The techs at the Out Patient clinic only have to stick me once and I really appreciate that.

Terrible. I was very sick and went there for a chest pain and shortness of breath. They did only covid test and didn’t even listen my heart or lungs and just sent me back home. My home doctor said he couldn’t believe what they did.
Very good experience. They helped me get back to reality even if it wasn’t the prettiest for them or other patients. They have pure hearts. Only thing I would advise as a patient is to be open minded and clear on what your communication for your needs looks like.

It takes about 2 hours for a 10 minute test to come back, and before they even tell you what’s wrong they ask for a payment… If service was better and staff was more friendly and professional, the wait times could be cut down by 60%. I just got charged a couple hundred dollars for 3 swab tests and sleeping in a chair for 2 hours.
