FoundCare, Inc. is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that offers pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, dentistry, laboratory services, x-rays, women’s health services, infectious disease and social services, and an on-site pharmacy. FoundCare operates six facilities located throughout Palm Beach County with its West Palm Beach center offering all services in one convenient location. Our culturally competent staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French. Most health insurance plans are accepted, and a sliding fee scale based on household size and income is available for those without insurance. No one is denied services based on inability to pay.

Decent place, I haven’t had any issues The only problem was getting through on a phone because they have a lot of options to select. The staff is friendly, nice and once you’re in there the people are helpful and friendly, especially the doctors.

Found care on greenwood Ave. location , I had a great experience with Dr. Cloude Lozandier, nurse Terry, and MA- Rosa. All so very professional and extremely helpful , respectful and courteous. This place is a joke and a waste of taxpayer and donor monies. Their #1 priority is funding their desk jobs while leaving their clients in the lurch. Their original intentions were good. Now, it’s all about their own paychecks. And the medical care they offer is not worth the time invested to obtain it. They need to go away
