I’ve tried calling two different phone numbers multiple times on several different occasions for help with different things and nobody ever answers the phone. Very poor customer service.
What else can I say, they don’t return phone calls, they don’t let anyone when they will be working on the lines. Every day is a guessing game as to if the water will be clear, or will be full of rust.
