If you do not live in a town, their service is sketchy. Often not available. Working online from home is impossible. If there was any other choice, I would dump this company a.s.a.p.

Worst internet provider ever!!! I have to make sure everyone’s phone is off the WiFi just to play video games online. They are very rude when you call them. They will tell you that your router is the problem all the time. If you have the opportunity for a different internet provider pick them.

We pay for 25Mbps but get less than 10 at best. Past 8o’clock, we get less than 1Mbps. Can’t wait to switch to a better provider.
